103-Delightful GEM in the city, Close to the Beach with Free Parking

Excellent location, close to restaurants, supermarket, Old San Juan and El Condado. The host was helpful, courteous and respecful.

Main gate was a little difficult for me to find but I am not good with directions so the problem could be myself.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and my experience with the owner! Our flight home was cancelled, and we had to find someplace with room for four adults, as well as laundry facilities. We had booked another property (and received a confirmation) but learned inadvertently that it was not available. I reached out to the owner of this property, and she immediately responded and confirmed availability. We really lucked out! The apartment is in Santurce, which is the arts district. It's within walking distance of a park, art museum, botanical garden, excellent restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, and a bus stop with buses that go to Old San Juan. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and safe (it sits on a gated lot). It had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. We even had assigned parking but really didn't need our car since everything is within walking distance, a bus ride, or an Uber trip (the rates are very reasonable). A big thank you to Ana, the owner, for being so accommodating and helping us out during a stressful time.

La ubicación, la cercanía al transporte público y a un supermarket. El alojamiento contaba con algunos insumos para cocinar, eso facilitó la preparación de alimentos.

No había agua caliente. El ruido del aspirado de hojas, demasiado temprano y no dejaban descansar.
