Appartamento con tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno.

The apartment has absolutely everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We really liked the large, spacious balcony, and the apartment also offers plenty of space. Convenient location near public transport. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk away.

No mosquito nets. There's an extra cleaning fee, but the room was quite dusty.

Checkin fastidioso inaspettato tedioso. Avremmo preferito parlare di persona ...abbiamo impiegato più di un'ora per risolvere il contrattempo.. Senza sapere dove andare e a chi rivolgersi...pensavamo rinunciare perdere il deposito e trovare un'altra sistemazione....

La posizione

Pulizia generale inesistente, dalla cucina al terrazzo. Il bagno era l’unica stanza abbastanza pulita. Lenzuola del letto con peli e sporco.

What you see in the property info is what you get. Location was perfect for my needs but if you want to visit Roma, the train or bus are easily accessible. Communication with the property and assistance was outstanding. Super easy access via their instructions. General cleanliness was good. Enough clean towels available. I pointed out couple of maintenance needs and they said they would take care the same day; not sure they did as I left, but at least the response was good. Big terrace. Nice furnitures. Bath tub in the bathroom.

Cleanliness and maintenance status of the bathroom can be improved but nothing major. Bath tub needs a curtain so that you don't flood the entire bathroom and corridor when you shower.

To be fair the ad should say from the start that you need a car in order to stay at the property. Even if you’re a keen fast walker like myself, it takes 20 min to get to the train station. The difficulty is taking food shopping back or forbid if you come back when it’s dark. The area has an industrialized feel and part of the walk is rough, isolated and not all illuminated well. Once you get to the station there is a shopping centre which has all the amenities but around the residential area there aren’t any other shops. I wish I would have known that you need to take a taxi from the airport even though the property is only one stop away. All in all, the experience wasn’t great from the start, but as I was told this was a ‘luxury property’ that was only a 10 min walk away from the station, I trusted the process. Once at the station, I realized the walk far exceeded the 10 min quoted and perhaps even longer with luggage and after a quick call to the agency it soon materialized that a taxi was indeed much needed. Once I eventually got to the property I realized that there wasn’t even a small bottle of water in the fridge, particularly since the only shops available are in the shopping centre which again would have been a 20 min walk. The apartment is ok, the kitchen and bathroom are basic to say the truth, but this can be overlooked as there is a lovely balcony. I won’t mention all the other things in detail from the difficult check-in to the shower issue, but on the last day I hadn’t slept well and as the checkout was at 10.00am I was rushing around making sure to leave on time. However the cleaning lady rang the bell exactly on time, to which I told her I needed a few more minutes and to which she replied - do not worry at all, take your time - and at 10.10am I managed to walk through the door not thinking anything of it.
