Perfectly located, lovely cosy cabin

The cabin was clean.and cosy and well equipped

Perfect location, grounds and facilities were good. The cabin was clean and everything worked fine. The area was lovely and quiet and the views were stunning. WiFi was ok and the heating worked great.

The shower cubicle is tiny and the shower is not that warm. The towel rails were constantly on and in the door way to the bathroom, which meant you had to negotiate your way into the bathroom past a scalding hot piece of metal. Needless to say there were a few issues with burnt skin. The porch area does not have any heating so there was a damp smell when you entered the property ( my daughter said it smelt like a church). The beds were just about ok, but the mattresses were not the best.

The surroundings were stunning

It was difficult to find the cabin, sadly the entrance was mouldy and had water all over the floor. The cabin was freezing on arrival and presented with a damp smell. The cabin was dirty with all kitchen utensils, plates, cups etc also being dirty. So spent the first night cleaning. The damp and mould sadly set off my asthma so was a bit uncomfortable. Was definitely overpriced for what you got.
