A place to CHILL!

The location had good access to I5 and street parking was easy. Host was responsive and checked in on us. The unit itself left much to be desired, especially at the price being charged.

The unit is not up to current vacation rental standards. It's never a good sign when you arrive and there is an essential oil diffuser going. It was clear once we turned it off that it was there to disguise a variety of unsavory smells, including fried foods cooked in the kitchen over the years and cigarette smoke, amongst others. Cleanliness was questionable, given there were crumbs by the sink in the kitchen upon arrival. The kitchen was minimally stocked and a lot of items were well worn. It didn't feel especially secure, given that the AC unit setup did not allow the windows to lock. The bathroom is in need of some touch-ups (for example some of the tile is missing in the shower). The final thing to mention is the strange mattress protectors that were loud (think wrinkling plastic) when you turned over in bed. All in all, this feels like an old apartment unit that someone has decided to capitalize upon as a vacation rental versus actually putting in the work to attract a tenant who would want to reside here long term.

This is a nice located a unit in the duplex. You’ll have a awesome accessibility of nearest places including I5 with an alternative road to escape the trafic. The unit contains everything for short or long stay. Unfortunately owners don’t have a crib, so we needed to bring it with us. The nearest Peninsula Park has an awesome playground for kids. Overall. This is our first time when expectations was absolutely fit with reality.

We stayed during a hot period with 104f. The air conditioning units are too loud, but the owner made their best here and provided two portable units, which helps a lot.

The extra amenities provided were nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The property is located in a nice neighborhood. Easy on street parking. The space was clean. Directions provided were easy to follow.

The furniture in the apartment was not very comfortable. The front door was hard to open. Nothing else that we didn't enjoy. We liked out stay in Portland. The neighborhood was nice. It was as advertised.

They had the a/c going ahead of time because it was extremely hot in Portland!! Fabulous!!

Honestly, everything was great.

The place was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and dining. The washroom had everything a travelling family need. It had everything a normal home needs for house keeping and a comfortable stay, We wish we could stay more,
