I booked this ground floor flat for others to use and they did not need to in the end, so I spent little time there. It was extremely clean, with soaps, shampoo, shower gels provided as well as tea, coffee and milk. Even umbrellas! I cannot really comment on the facilities ie beds, bathrooms etc as not used. However I would not hesitate to book the flat again in the future as it is spacious and comfortable and would be a convenient location. Easy key collection and helpful communication with the host.

Extremley clean ,comfortable Hamley invironment. Owner very helpful and friendly. Milk tea and coffee provided on arrival. Perfect location to buses and trains. Would highly recommend and would visit again. Thank you.
