Hi... This is the first time I had bad experienced booking thru platform booking. Com. The place is sucks with no proper management. Very dirty, I got my key to check in late by 50 mins. No sorry despite blaming me and my family not reading the instructions. At the end of the day I've checked out 1 day earlier. Very disappointed. I might not using this platform to book anymore.
