Great position and really good hospitality from the owners.

Best place we’ve ever stayed in! Our stay was wonderful, we felt so welcomed and our needs were met! Our host was so sweet, everything was clean and the breakfast was amazing. Will be coming again!

No complaints, everything was perfect!

I stayed for two nights, and the location was excellent, close to many popular attractions. The market is only a five-minute walk away, while Raba town centre is around a 30-minute walk. SALE (on the other side of the capital) is easily accessible by taxi or tram. The property itself is lovely, - very clean, cosy, and truly feels like home. The bathroom is well-equipped with large towels and shower gel, and everything is generally neat and tidy. The owner stays in the neighbouring room, which was a first-time experience for me in this type of accommodation. However, the atmosphere was fantastic, - warm and welcoming. I would definitely return to this place or somewhere nearby. A great bonus is the breakfast at a charming spot just a two-minute walk from the main residence. I had a Moroccan friend with me every day, and we sometimes relaxed in the living room. The owner was very accommodating and we had some great conversations. A special thank you for kindly offering breakfast not only to me but also to my friend, who wasn’t staying with me or registered as a guest. In short - this is a fantastic choice, and you won’t regret staying here! Thanks Zak

Nothing really

Very good location. The building and our room were really charming and very clean. The equipment/facilities description is not entirely accurate, but they provided the missing things when asked (I mean basic things: toilet paper, hairdryer and a glass of hot water). Breakfast simple but tasty and enough for us. On our last day we needed an early breakfast and they prepared it for us as requested.

We have mixed feelings about our stay. The host texted us (via Booking) to ask when we’ll arrive. We responded that we’ve just landed and we’re heading to his place, then he told us that there’s a taxi waiting for us at the airport, but we were already in the bus and didn’t want a taxi (and let me highlight, we hadn’t asked for it before or discussed anything about this), so we replied accordingly. We arrived at Ville train station and some guy approached us that he’s been sent for us by our hotel and he will take us there. He had our names and the details about our reservation, from the Ville train station to riad it’s less than 2 km, so we agreed to go with him. When we reached our destination, the host picked us up from the taxi and informed us that the taxi driver is his friend and we need to pay him 200 MAD (20 €) for the ride because he was waiting for us at the airport and that it was our fault and responsibility to discuss the taxi ride upfront with him. Eventually, we paid 150 MAD for a 2 km ride we hadn’t even asked for and it all looked like a scam. This ‘arrival experience’ ruined our stay a bit so if you want to stay here, I recommend checking with the host what about the taxi. Except for this we didn't have any other issues with our stay. By the way, when we were leaving, the host said that we can take a petite taxi to Rabat Ville instead of walking and it will cost 10 MAD. So it seems like we overpaid 140 MAD to his friend.

Hard to find.

The Riad is located very close to one of the entrances to the Medina. Very well located ! The owners are a very nice couple, unfortunately we could not talk much because basically we only came to sleep the 2 nights we stayed, however the warmth was noticeable from the beginning. It should be noted that the room is in a family house (in case someone might have a problem with it, we didn't). The breakfast is very tasty and prepared just before serving, that is, everything is fresh.

The Riad is not very easy to find.

The location was ok (see below explanation also) Just 5 mins to Oudaya, 12 mins to the heart of Madina by walking. The breakfast was ok, but during our stay we were served the same kind of stuff (eggs and one traditional Morocco bread). The owner of Riad was nice. Surrounding was very quiet to sleep well. To compansate the absence of A/C, they provided us with a ventilator.

However, we couldn’t sleep well, even though it was silent, because the humidity was everywhere. The carpets were really humid and caused a bad odor that made our nose fall off. We had to cover the carpet with the provided blanket and towels. After shower, we felt never cleaned because of the humidity. Also whenever we came to our room in the evening, that smell again!!! I can’t describe it. Also, there were some spider nets around the bulbs. Ants are in the bathroom, and as my wife saw the bath tube was not cleaned, there were some hairs on the ground. During the breakfast, we were sitting with the ants all together. Except the cleaning things were ok. —There is no A/C— The location was terrible, neither google map nor apple map showed correct location. There was a guy guided us and ended up asking money.

Nice family Riad. They clean our laundry for free. Kitchen just next to the room easy to get hot water etc. The staff Alis and owner Zakaria is nice. Highly recommended. Good breakfast. Paid carpark nearby. Medina and tourist attraction also near.
