Beautiful location , clean and spacious. We travelled as a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us all. The cottage was close to all local amenities.

Very spacious and quiet. Has a large garden which we didn’t use but would be useful for children.

It would have been nice to be able to have a little more heat at night. In winter I’d imagine you’d make the fire which would be wonderful. The thermostat always showed 18 or 19 degrees so wasn’t really cold. We just missed a warm radiator to occasionally dry a towel.

"Great place to stay just outside of St Andrews for easy access to Edinburgh and the university"

Great location, charming house. 30 minute drive to the University of St Andrews (stayed here for a graduation visit and it worked out really well). Plenty of parking and easy drive to Edinburgh/airport from this location. Nicely decorated and thoughtful inclusions from host to help guests with information, slippers, snacks.

Wouldn't change a thing other than being able to stay longer next time!
