"Location isn’t everything"

Location was good. Parking was easy

This apartment isn’t really set up to enable you to cook a proper meal. Not enough kitchen equipment-a trip to IKEA would sort this out easily. Difficult to open the windows properly and the whole place would have benefited from a thorough clean. For a couple this was not good value.

Full of character clean had everything we needed A short walk into York . Parking was free and right outside . Lived the information folder .

Great central location. Useful to be able to park outside. Despite being near a main road it was fairly quiet.

"Great location, very clean"

Location was great, nice and quiet but still within walking distance to city centre. Very clean.

On top floor so quite a few stairs No tea towel so drying dishes a bit awkward, also no scissors and no dishcloth or wipes to clean kitchen surfaces

The parking was really good Wifi was great Amenities were great in the kitchen Location was awesome Upstairs bathroom was great and 10/10 for cleanliness

The 2 flights of stairs might be a bit much for some people with big bags The bathroom on the main floor was quite mouldy

Great location, great facilities, great value. Easy to book and to find

Downstairs bathroom extraction not working, a bit mouldy in places. Everything else was great.
