Great location

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities, nice area and close to the beach with many things to do nearby.

There were no shutters/ curtains in the bathroom, which was highly uncomfortable. The bathroom window is directly opposite the shower on the same side as the front entrance, so you can clearly see people walking by as you shower. Upon raising the concern with staff, I was acknowledged promptly and then never received assistance or a response. Messaged staff several hours later again to be left on read. Was not warned about the renovations in the next apartment, which went on for my entire stay.

Great location. Easy to walk to the main road with lots of shops and restaurants.

Could use a bit more cleaning. There is black mould in the shower and cobwebs on the main door where you enter. The shower also doesn’t have a drain cover, which can be dangerous.

Clean. And closer to where I was going

No carpet. This girl likes a carpet so much 😩

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. On the first night I discovered the bed and bedding were infested with bedbugs, and by the next morning I was covered in bites. I reported this immediately, but it took until late that night for the bedding to be replaced. The replacement was even worse: a single duvet stuffed into a double cover, leaving me cold and uncomfortable. The bugs continued biting, and I eventually had to fumigate the room myself. I asked the cleaner for the owner’s number several times, and when I finally got it, I tried WhatsApp, phone calls, and even sent photos of the infestation but received no response. Only after I had already checked out did the owner finally reply, saying she could not do anything and that I must complain to Booking.com instead. This property urgently needs attention, and I strongly believe compensation is warranted

We received no assistance during the check-in process, and the host was unresponsive to phone calls and WhatsApp messages. The check-in procedure requires improvement. However, the location is very convenient and offers good value for the price
