Electric fence pulsing days and nights Bathroom vanity leaking. Frying Pan rusty. Cleaner tries hard to keep the place clean

The Location was perfect

Internet Down ....TV not working for a whole day and Night Could not open windows saw big rats running in garden near window Toilet pot against the wall could not properly use toilet facilities

I loved that it's very close to the beach, the promenade, Mojo Market, restaurants and public transport services. The apartment is also spacious. Abby was always quick to respond and even helped with keeping my luggage safe after I checked out.

Stove needs to be replaced. Install an AC and a bigger TV.

Central location

Firstly the place stank of stale cigarettes from the prior tenant, infused into bedding as well. Within 30 minutes of walking barefoot in the apartment, our feet were pitch black. Rats were living in the grounds outside this ground floor room indow. The property does not have lifts. Shocking maintenance: broken window blinds, latches broken on sliding windows (could not be locked - ground floor access). No curtain/blind cover for shower window onto outside passage. Shower did not drain after use. Manager (Koos) agreed to our cancellation after our arrival at the apartment. Then subsequently has refused to refund our upfront payment when contacted by booking.com.

The place is perfectly situated in the right area. Safe area .

The place just needs just a little paint , change the Sofa please. Provide cleaning tools your broom and mop.

tv not working no stations could be obtained couch springs broken sunken therefore uncomfortable to sit on no hanging space cupboard just shelves musty smell in apartment mattrass sunken in and a rusty fan but Fried organised replacemnet straight away

The Location is fantastic. The size of unit/apartment is comfortably spacious. Wifi excellent.

Furniture (mattress is cheap, couch has broken rear leg and most uncomfortable and hollow seats,) are in need of replacement, no bedside pedestals nor lamps. General Finishes -cupboards in bedroom are disgusting, stove is rusted, kitchen cupboards need attention as some drawers are off their rails and fell out, some globes not working especially in bathroom and kitchen, Roman blinds need fixing and to be cleaned, windows in living area cannot open.
