Good beds and a nice shower. All we needed was there. Perfect location for visiting the Grand Canyon.

Could be a bit more cleaner

Great location, close to grand canyon, good airco and shower, very good value. A clean place with many amenities (coffee maker, fridge, microwave)

Little possibilities for shade outside

Good situation, just off the main drag to GC. Space was good, beds comfortable enough.

Just the wheezing air con units not up to the task of cooling after a hot day when all the fabric gets hot. Cold showering helps!

Value for the room makes the stay worth it! Spacious, close distance to Grand Canyon, air conditioners worked, quiet, streaming available for apps on TV, easy to find, good directions and instructions from staff, easy parking, microwave and refrigerator, new shower head.

Front door did not shut properly and there were gaps all along the door frame, we didn’t feel safe. Shower size is comically small. Bathroom fan timer knob was broken. Bathroom fan was so loud. Front door would not stay shut unless locked. No warning for the long and super rocky road you have to drive on to reach the property: cars driving by kick up lots of rocks and we were worried our tires would have damage (stayed under 20mph).

It’s a remote location in the middle of nowhere, you can do star gazing. It’s a perfect place if you want to quickly reach the Grand Canyon. The host was very helpful and friendly.

The lack of kitchen is a bit of a downside, but a coffee machine is provided so you can make hot tea and coffee.
