NOTHING!!!! BEWARE!!!

First off when I arrived I had a bookings. Com reservation since I'm a genius 3 member I receive discounted rates my booking was for 74.99 and when I get there the guy at the desk says I have to cancel the reservation because the price is too LOW! That ther rate is $130! I said excuse me cause I swear I heard wrong never have I ever been told this !!! I tried calling bookings but I couldn't get an answer and was running short on time for a concert so I Payed and got a recipet showing this amount! I finally got a hold of bookings and let them know what happen they told me to send them proof of payment and there would be an investigation and that they would give the property time to respond on the situation!!! And would contact me in a few days with I'm guessing a credit or something!!! Then the listing pictures were not the same as the Hotel it was a hotel for prostitutes!!!! The room we were in had things falling apart hallways had stained carpets and they leave both door entrance s open all night also I believe people live in some of the rooms and the walls were paper thin you could here people DOING IT !!!?🤦‍♀️ Parking lot had broken down cars and only a. Few parking spaces we had to park almost a block away they only take cash deposits and the desk clerks gave me attitudes after I disputed what he was telling me about the price difference STAY AWAY FROM HERE IM GLAD IT WAS ONLY FOR 1 NITE I ALSO READ PAST REVIEWS OF IT HAD BED BUG INFESTATION BRFORE!!! ALSO WIRES HANGING FROM CEILINGS AND HALLWAY HAD HOLES CUT OUT WHERE YOU CAN SEE THEY HOOKED UP A WIRE LINE HALF ASS !! Also sheets had a few blood drops so we took it off We Aslo had to sleep with a chair by the door cause door would not secure properly!

The Patio Motel is better than most places out there. Parking is free and right in the property. Refrigerator in my room . Microwave too. Bathrooms are huge, HUGE!!! Large window makes for a nice air flow. The bed was huge also, and SO very comfortable. Like sleeping in a marshmallow. The room was clean, no peats, no bugs. The tv is fantastic. Sitting perfectly in front of the bed. Pillows are so great and soft. But not too soft, the perfect amount of firmness. Ac is and hear in the rooms. It’s a perfect motel. The area is great. I came with my service animal, and she was happy happy happy. We walked to dollar tree, the smoke shop. Gas station on the corner along with Pizza Hut , McDonald, Jack in the box, Ralph’s, food 4 and other must haves. Food for less really clean area, walkable. I felt very safe waking around with my girll. Housekeeping is great, whenever i needed to switch out a towel or needed something they were on it. Front desk is on it, very nice and accommodating but also no nonsense. I felt very safe and happy here . Traveling as a single female with my girl, I walked her at midnight at 2am and at 6am. My hidden treasure. Patio motel is awesome. I will definitely keep it at the top of my list, it has everything I need. Prices are unbeatable . So clean, comfortable, and perfect!! Not a single thing. The place is perfect and has everything you need. Bathrooms and showers are huge, clean and chic. Bed is HUGE and amazing parking is free and plentiful. Rooms and property is clean . Place is run perfectly with amazing staff. Prices are unbeatable. Rooms are huge with very large windows and bathrooms.

Everything the pictures they have posted are a lie the rooms are dirty with holes in the wall the sheets had cigarette holes in them the rooms are literally fire hazards all the smoke detectors are pulled out of the room the walls are black I didn’t even stay that I got a refund and found a much better hotel in Hawthorne.
