"UNE HONTE !!!"

Une réservation effectuée et confirmée bien à l'avance pour un séjour de 6 nuits. Après 8h de route arrivés sur place à 22h de la première nuit nous somme choqués par l'absence de chambre. Aucun soucis pour nous, aucune proposition de solution nous sommes laissés ainsi à trainé dans la réception. Sara la directrice commerciale qui a confirmé notre réservation ne nous répond pas au téléphone (alors qu'elle répond à la réceptionniste) . Les hôtels sont complets à Kenitra et nous sommes laissés pour compte avec mon épouse! AUCUNE GENE DE LA PART DES RESPONSABLES. Nous avons dû bricoler et changer de logements à chaque nuit pour nous loger pendant ce séjour. J'ai recontacté le Directeur le lendemain pour avoir des explications, AUCUNE EXCUSE, AUCUN EGARD POUR LES CLIENTS! UNE HONTE !!!

Das Hotel Urban in Kenitra hat mich positiv überrascht. Sehr sauber deutlich über meinen Erwartungen. Absoluter europäischer Standard. Freundliche aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Klare Empfehlung.
