Breakfast There was no variety in the breakfast options. For the entire 5‑day stay, we were served only bread, eggs, and beans. I suggest including alternative breakfast choices and applying a clear daily timetable to enhance comfort and satisfaction. Room The room was generally fine and neat. However, there was some discomfort with the curtains. The holders were not properly fitted, causing the curtains to fall frequently. Additionally, some curtain holders were broken and left unfixed on the window. Cleanliness The room was kept clean most of the time. However, toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap were often missing and should be consistently provided.

I was dissatisfied with the treatment from some staff members. As a customer, guests should feel valued, and staff should maintain a welcoming attitude while serving.

Everything was superb but breakfast can be improved.
