La casa è bella, comoda, pulita, arredata in modo essenziale ma con gusto, dotata del necessario per godersi la vacanza e poter utilizzare la cucina. Abbiamo scelto Orzola perché volevamo stare tranquilli e avere una base comoda per visitare l'isola senza soggiornare nelle zone più turistiche e la scelta si è rivelata perfetta. La posizione della casa è meravigliosa, in un'insenatura al riparo dai venti, immersa nella natura, di fronte alla Roque del Este, su una caletta frequentata da fenicotteri e spatole bianche. Abbiamo fatto il bagno nonostante le temperature non proprio miti, perché all'orario giusto la piscina naturale è irresistibile. Non capisco come aspettarsi di più a questo prezzo.

Forse la terrazza meriterebbe maggiore attenzione, cambiando gli arredi e aggiungendo una copertura mobile si godrebbe di più. La porta del bagno rischia ogni volta di farti venire un infarto perché si blocca e il terrazzino interno, molto comodo per stendere, si allaga quando piove (ma in casa non è entrata una goccia d'acqua).

L’apartament es troba en un lloc molt tranquil, lluny del turisme de masses. Veure sortir el sol cada matí no té preu. Esmorzar a la terrassa és un privilegi. Es troba just davant del mar, es respira molta calma. El vam trobar molt net. La comunicació va ser molt fluida, i ens van portar el que necessitàvem, feia fresqueta i vam demanar un calefactor.

La cuina necessita reformes urgents. La nevera fa molt de soroll. M’afegeixo a comentaries anteriors, amb una mica més d’amor seria un lloc fantàstic!

You definitely are paying for the view and location. The property itself is ok. But it has huge potential. Needs some real love put into it. Damp and mould on the walls. The balcony and windows wood structures are all cracking and flaking away. Paint job is terrible. The hot water tank is so small that two people have to have the quickest shower in order to have hot water otherwise it’s a cold one. The cleaner was in the apartment when we arrived to check in but had not sweeper the floor as there was sand and dust throughout. The place is relatively big but is filled with basic furniture. The super large bedroom has the small double bed in and felt like a lot of area was wasted. Lastly is the kitchen. This needs a serious revamp. The tiny travel sized kettle had a crack in the lid and it wasn’t even attached to the kettle, this had been picked up by a different guest as I read a review from November 2024.
