D26 Luxury Suites

Apart from our negative experience with communication with the host at the beginning, the communication was fast and the host seems like a nice person. When we had problems with Wi-Fi and contacted the host we got a reply in just a few minutes and we were able to solve the problem quickly. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location is great! A lot of nice restaurants, cafés and the city centre near. There´s a club right next to the aparment but the noise wasn´t a problem because the windows isolate it well.

We were looking forward to staying in D26 Luxury Suites but unfortunately our experience was ruined by the lack of communication during the process of checking in and by the fact that we didn´t get the aparment we initially booked. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment a week in advance. We informed the host that we would like to check in as soon as possible, so at 3PM. The morning of our trip we still didn´t have information about the mandatory document registration and check in information and the host (Dorothy) wasn´t answering our texts and calls. At 9AM we got a text from her saying we would receive it soon but we recieved nothing until 1PM and like I said we weren´t able to contact her even though we tried many times. Luckily we reached somebody else from the hosting team but all they could do was check out the situation. We were told that the system is overwhelmed so we had to send our names, IDs and adresses via email. I have to admit, I don´t understand the system, I know we´re all just people and I hope the host is okay because at a certain point we got concerned that maybe something has happened to her?? But I don´t understand why this proccess couldn´t have been done sooner than the day of our arrival. The fact that the host wasn´t communicating with us, didn ´t explain the situation sooner made us stressed, we started looking for another accomodation because we were afraid that we would have no place to stay! We recieved our gate code 12 minutes after 3PM, so the host was a bit late again... Like I mentioned, we wanted a 3 bedroom apartment. We were supposed to be accomodated in apartment number 6. We ended up in apartment number 1 which had only 2 bedrooms. We were able to manage but it affected our overall impression.

Bardzo dobre wyposażenie, duża przestrzeń, czystość, zaopatrzenie i wygodne łóżka

Przykry zapach w toalecie, gdzie był odświeżacz ale nie działał kontakt. To tylko jako uwaga :)

The house was exactly as shown in the photos.

During our stay, the elevator wasn’t working, although the host did everything possible to have it repaired as soon as possible.
