D26 Luxury Suites

The apartment had everything a family needs. The location was really good, close to lots of nice cafes and restaurants.

The elevator was out of use during a thunder storm.

房子很乾淨，有3間房，2間廁所，晚上很安靜，一家4口住得很舒服，全家人都很滿意。

В апартаментах есть все удобства, которые необходимы для проживания. Владельцы обеспечили шампунем, мылом, порошком для стиральной машины, средством для мытья посуды. На кухне была соль и перец. Хорошее расположение относительно всех нужных объектов: близко к центру, к метро, рядом есть магазин, бары и рестораны. В доме было тихо и никто не мешал отдыхать. Внизу всегда есть баки для мусора. Удобный и понятный доступ в дом и в апартаменты , сложностей с доступом не возникло.

Удивило, что в туалете и в душе на окнах нет ни штор, ни жалюзи. Но большого дискомфорта это не доставило. Подушки не очень удобные.

Apartment is beautiful… only drawback is the second room is little small and pls add full mirror in the apartment

Good central location, modern apartments. Apartment 4 is spacious, apartment 5 has large bedrooms but limited living area and no lounge. Apartment 6 has 2 very small bedrooms but a decent sized lounge. Lift as apartments on 4th floor. Host was responsive and clear check in instructions. A few dishwasher tablets, washing detergent pouches and a new sponge/washing up liquid provided. Fast WiFi.

Very little shampoo etc provided - should have fixed dispensers in the bathrooms - cheaper, more eco friendly and convenient. Lift didn't work on one occasion but later fixed. Some inaccuracy in comms (apartments 4 and 5 have one en suite bathroom and one accessed from communal areas. Apartment 6 has both accessed from communal spaces. Also sofa bed in Apartment 5 is in a bedroom, but in the lounge in apartments 4 and 6. Was told differently.) Don't expect great views. Smelly entrance area due to communal bin location near front entrance.

La struttura è recentemente ristrutturata , molto pulita , in posizione centrale e dotata di servizi utili, dalla lavatrice al doppio phone per passare al ferro da stiro. L’immobile è quasi interamente adibito a B&b, naturalmente ci sono ospiti di ogni età e qualcuno più rumoroso , ma questo dipende sempre dalla buona educazione dei singoli. La posizione è eccellente , in 10 minuti si arriva al Parlamento e in poco più di 20 al Ponte delle Catene. Da qua abbiamo girato quasi sempre a piedi perché le distanze lo permettevano con una certa facilità
