Nema roletni, trebalo bi da ima bar 4 stolice i trpezarijski sto, ima šank sto sa dve šank stolice što je nedovoljno, potrebno jače osvetljenje u dnevnom boravku. U kupatilu bi bolje bilo da tuš kabina ima paravan, da pod ne bi bio mokar

Kaloriferler yanmıyordu 2 gün soğukta uyuduk dağda kar yağarken, odalar temizlenmiyor, havlular değiştirilmiyordu, park yeri için vale vardı ama parkı bizim yapmamızı istiyordu, odadaki pencere kapanmıyordu 2 gün sonra yapıldı

Nos gustó el SPA, estaba limpio, bien mantenido y con bonitas vistas. Aunque las toallas y albornoces se podrían renovar. El desayuno estaba bien variado y rico, pero la máquina de café estaba rota. Las trabajadoras del hotel nos ayudaron en todo y fueron amables.

La primera habitación que nos dieron olia muy mal, pedimos el cambio. Nos dieron una habitación más grande y con mejores vistas de cuales hemos disfrutado mucho, pero la ducha estaba atascada, la alcachofa rota y la mampara sin cerrar bien. Muebles son bastante antiguos y mal nivelados, dentro de los muebles habia muchas cosas que eran o bien de trabajadores del hotel o bien olvidados por otros turistas, por ejemlo asiento del bebe, cuadernos, skis, etc.

I liked the spa, the restaurants were good, breakfast was also good, staff is polite

- Facilities often does not work - elevator broke for 1 day and we were on 5th floor, fitness didnt work, heater in the room didnt work when we arrived and room was vey cold - they have repaired it after that. Sink in the bathroom was leaking and bathroom were constantly flooded. - Bathrobes are not in the rooms, you need to get one from the spa, which means you go with clothes to the spa, and often they were gone, so no bathrobes. If you get one - you are asked to leave it when leaving the spa..

Spa zone was nice.

The apartment had several issues like the broken bathroom door, impossible to close, hairdryer not working, TV from bedroom not working. The furniture below of the TV in the living room fell on the kids... It looked good in the picture, but not ok maintained. It's too expensive for what it actually offers. The coffee machine from breakfast never worked and we always had to buy.

The restaurant next to the reception is very good.

I got a room full of damp and cracked walls, miserable. After talking to the reception I got another room. Very poor breakfast, the water in the spa is very cold. The staff doesn't really speak English, it's hard to get along with them.
