When we arrived it was obvious no one had been to clean the home after the last guests checkout. It's rare for me to complain but it was very obvious. Overflowing trash cans in bathrooms, I found 1 toilet paper roll for a 2day/night 5 guest stay. No papertowels, wet smelling towels in the washer, food on the floors, bedding not stripped or changed. I took pictures of everything upon arrival then emailed my concerns about it not being cleaned prior to our arrival to which I never received any response. We went and bought the items we needed and I cleaned up and enjoyed my time with my family. Upon checking out I did follow the process and made sure everything was done again prior to leaving. Yes, I imagine I could have called every number to get a response but I was there for a short time to be with my family and didn't want to lose any time. The home itself is lovely with a great location.
