Baan Suan Kayoo 2 Buffalo Bay Aow Khao Kwai

Ein wunderschönes Plätzchen im Paradies. Es hat uns alles gefallen. Die freundlichen Menschen, die wunderschöne Natur und der schöne Strand. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schöne Lage am Meer. Mitten in der Natur. Sehr viele Nashornvögel. Personal sehr freundlich.

Leider nur ein Badetuch pro Person. Kein kleines Handtuch und keine Badetücher für den Strand. Da in der Natur hatte es leider kleine Ameisen in unserem Zimmer.

Wir hatten erst zwei Nächte gebucht, dann erst um nochmal 3 und weil es so schön hier ist nochmal 4 verlängert. Die Bungalows sind tip top gepflegt mit sehr freundlicher Atmosphäre. Die Lage für uns kaum zu toppen hier auf der Insel und Preis/Leistung stimmt auch. Das Essen fabelhaft und liebevoll serviert. Personal äußerst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Klare Empfehlung 👍🏻

Perfect location for enjoying nature, especially during the low season when there are almost no other tourists. The restaurant is fully functional which is rare during low season (most places around the island were closed). Great drinks and food. There are hornbills to be seen there throughout the day. The restaurant is on the beach and the bungalows are right behind it, I think they have beachfront bungalows too which were not operational (due to low season?). My bungalow was very comfortable, rustic but clean, I had no issues with bugs and only a couple mosquitos during my stay - very different from another place I stayed that was more inland and there were more mosquitos... I had only cool shower water and a fan, but honestly these were fine for me. The price of the stay also reflects this and in my opinion is a great deal. There is a shop with a variety of cold drinks, snacks and many useful items just down the main road, easy to walk to. I rented a bicycle nearby but for a short stay you could just walk around - there are beaches within walking distance. To see all the rest of the island I would actually recommend a scooter as the bicycle is quite a workout. A highlight of this place were the staff who were so welcoming and lovely. I would stay again.

The grounds around the bungalows are a little bare with not many plants/garden, and a little messy - which I assume is a low season thing... Everything else about my stay was very enjoyable.

Let op hoog en laag seizoen op Koh Payam: buiten okt-maart is alles dicht. Dan is het nog steeds een heerlijk eiland, maar er is wel echt niks te doen. Daar moet je van houden. En dat deden wij. Baan Suan Kayoo 2 is een superschattig verzameling van acht huisjes van wisselende kwaliteit. Het is rommelig, er wordt wat gewerkt, we moesten even slikken toen we aankwamen. Maar als je door de eerste nacht heen bent, dan kan je hier heel snel aarden. Een adembenemende baai en hele lieve mensen die de hele dag de allerlekkerste gerechtjes voor je koken. Huur een brommertje en ga in een paar dagen het hele eiland over. Heerlijk.

Er waren wat werkzaamheden. De paden naar de huisjes lagen open, er lagen elektriciteitsdraden in. Ik zou even informeren of dat inmiddels verholpen is.
