"Nice villa in beautiful location."

Nice villa, well equipped in a beautiful El Gouna! Can recommend it.

The only thing was that I received the wrong code to the key locker in my confirmation email. And it's the last thing you want to happen after all day travelling. Thanks to our bus driver, we managed to contact personnel, and we received proper code.

Beautiful property made our holiday amazing everything was perfect, customer support was also great if we needed extra towels they came through even had daily cleaning for pool.

"The place is amazing, the view and location but the cleanliness was a big issue."

Modern furniture, the view, the pool.

the place was not clean, and it was full of ants. when we asked for a solution they got us Raid, which was not possible to spray as we had a new born with us and it was going to be unpleasant.

I had an amazing stay at the villa! The highlight was definitely the private pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. The serene environment and stunning views made it a perfect getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend for a luxurious and relaxing vacation

Nothing to be mentioned other than there is no daily housekeeping, no only garden and pool was cleaned daily

"Good location, poor management, not recommended it"

the location was amazing and the the design of the villa was wonderful.

the stuff was the worst and uncooperative ants and lots of bugs especially in the pool that without water filter. The beds wasn’t comfortable and the windows don’t have black out so the sun goes into the bed rooms from 5a.m everyday and that made us more tired and uncomfortable. I asked for a baby cot and the stuff said they have it and when I arrived they said no we don’t have it. they forgot to send me the QR code and I waited for a long time at the gates because no one of the stuff carried enough to send it or answer my calls. when I request to change beds sheets they bring it to me in bags to change it by myself the beach was awful the sand was very bad and the kids couldn’t play on it at all. Anyway l don’t recommend it and doesn’t deserve your money.
