The location and functionality were great for our family. Covered parking and 2nd floor worked well. Staff and management were fantastic.

I couldn't find a broom or vacuum, hairdryers didn't work, master bath didnt drain.

I was not given the code to enter the building or the unit. I had to contact the property managers twice in order to get the correct code. Meanwhile my family had to carry our skis up and down until we could figure out where and how to get into the ski locker since we also didn’t have the correct information for that. Then, that evening, at 8:00 our smoke detector in our unit started beeping as it required a battery change. I had to call twice to get someone to come change the battery. They did not arrive until 9:30. My young children were unable to sleep until the beep was fixed and 9:30 is too late for them, especially when we were skiing the next day. In theory, the location is good. But, due to ongoing construction much of the access was blocked off and therefore we had to walk much longer to get in to town and to get the gondola. Lastly, one of the elevators was out of order, causing long lines to gain access to the one functioning elevator.
