61 Settler Sands - Beach apartment

The complex is quite and I liked having the lounge door open for fresh air with the security gate closed for safety purposes

The staircase is very difficult to climb at the top and to carry luggage up. An elder person would not be able to climb up or down as there is no railing to hold onto Parking is a distance from the apartment which makes carrying groceries a problem

Location of property was excellent.

The apartment needs SERIOUS update and renovation. The curtains in the main bedroom are disappointment. Lounge furniture has passed its usage time. Crockery is passed its usage time too.

My stay at the self-catering apartment was exceptionally comfortable. The abundance of space and plush beds made it truly inviting. The apartment had all the essentials for self-catering, and the added bonus of a nice braai area outside added to the experience. Robyn's assistance was top-notch, and her helpfulness was much appreciated. The location was perfect – incredibly close to everything, including the beach. A delightful stay overall!

While staying at 61 Settlers Way, there were a few aspects that posed challenges. It's crucial to note that all the bedrooms are upstairs, and the steep stairs proved difficult for elderly guests like my parents. The absence of WiFi was a notable downside, especially considering that most accommodations in the area offer this amenity. Additionally, during load shedding, the backup lights provided were quite weak, so it's advisable to bring supplementary lighting for assistance. These factors, unfortunately, impacted the overall experience.

Location was fantastic! In a super safe and quiet complex, with the beach and pier right on your door step and an awesome restaurant across the road. It was perfect!

The house was beautiful and welcoming and very close to the beach.

Our neighbors were very noisy the whole Saturday night until Sunday morning. Their music was very loud throughout the night. When we left those ladies were sitting on the balcony chatting and laughing loudly.

We liked everything about the property. It was clean, comfortable, and the location just made it even better. The host was super nice and helpful. 10/10.
