The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I liked that the location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth and fast, which made everything easier.

The sink was leaking which made it a bit inconvenient. The bathroom could be maintained better to avoid this kind of issue. It would also be nicer if there were more amenities like bottled water in the room.
