"Unhelpful staff and noisy environment"

I have make an earlier booking before 1 week, however the staff just give me a reason that there's no extra room and give me a connection room. The room beside is terrible noisy and make noise the whole night until I'm unable to sleep. Have make this report to the staff, but they just ignore this issue.

The rooms are tidy.. but the air conditioner was a bit slow.. but its okay… the ceiling fan cover the temperature…
