Luho 41 Penthouse

We booked the penthouse and celebrated my birthday in the property. It was an absolute delight where Pinto and his team helped with all the arrangements and were hospitable to the greatest level. About the property, i feel the pictures don't do justice to the actual place as it is a hidden gem located at the heart of Koramangala, with the interiors done up beautifully and place was spic and span.

Excellent property at Koramangala for small gathering it's beautiful penthouse and birthday event we have celebrate our birthday like our own house. They arrange BBQ at the terrace so amazing.

+ Had a very comfortable stay @ Luho 41 penthouse. The room was very spacious & Clean, making me feel like home, away from home. The buttler Pankaj, cooked delicious food. Both & Kundan made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease, truly making it @ Home.

The kitchenette does not come with the room. It is a big house with a common kitchen, which is where the staff cook meals. The smell from the kitchen was very bad. The property has 3 rooms with a common hall, terrace and the kitchen. Other guests can access these common rooms In my case the guests were on the terrace making noises, talking in the middle of the night.(10 PM- 4 AM) The bathroom was stinking which they tried to conceal using the room freshener. They just give you a lock for a storage room but there is no lock for the room itself. It always felt like anybody could open the room from outside. Less secure. No locker facility. The window doors were rattling during the night. Too much light from the hall at the night. Noisy when other guests open the door. Breakfast is simple and okay. They just make one item of what you ask for like Aloo Paratha, Gobi Paratha, Idli, Dosa, etc. Overall less privacy and security. And noisy and smelly.

Everything! From the user friendly decor to the personalised service! Big shout out to Vishal for conceptualising this; to Pintu for a seamless experience; Amul for his ironing skills; Yadavji for awesome homestyle food; and Pankaj for his exceptional way he took care of us throughout the stay. Certainly going to be back!

The location is good. The property was well maintained - in fact, very beautiful. Staff was accomodating and friendly.They were flexible with check-in timings as well, which was a great plus.

Pricing of lunch and dinner was a bit exorbitant.
