have a confirmed booking since 18 July 2025 at Oslo resident 33L, Maridalsveien 33L, 0175 Oslo, confirmation number 6864370744, PIN code 8452, for the period 11–12 August 2025 (check-in between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, check-out between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM). The total amount of 837 NOK has already been paid. On the morning of 11 August, I informed that I would arrive by 20:00. Only at 14:00 (two hours later) did the property manager inform me that check-in would only be possible upon an extra payment of 250 SEK for key handover — a requirement never stated on Booking.com or in the booking confirmation. This conduct is not only extra-contractual but also unfair and damaging, considering the stay was already paid for. Not knowing what else to do and to avoid being left without accommodation, I had to book another hotel, incurring an additional expense of €80. I hereby formally request a full refund of 837 NOK. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will leave a negative review on Booking.com to warn other travellers.

Непонятно каким образом этот объект размещения может находиться на сайте букинга!!! Дозвониться невозможно, написать невозможно, на протяжении двух недель никакого ответа! Приехали в 8 часов вечера , никто не берет трубку, попасть в дом не можем! Поддержка ничем помочь не смогла! Потеряли деньги!! Никакой обратной связи! Как это понимать? Ужасное обслуживание ! Ни за что не рекомендую, если вы не хотите оказаться ночью на улице с непонимаем что делать дальше ! Сколько можно, столько и буду писать ужасный отзыв!!! Данного человека нужно заблокировать! И вопрос к букингу: каким образом такое жилье могло оказаться на вашем сайте ??? Почему никто не проверяет подлинность? Еще раз!!! Ужасно! Жду возвращения денег!! Не говоря уже о испорченом отпуске !

Måtte kjøpe toalett papir, hånkler, zalo og ekstra bestikk siden vi var to. Dette skulle vi ha visst om på forhånd før vi sjekket inn. Slik at vi hadde tatt med oss dette ( vi etterspurte dette før avreise, uten respons).

The property was in a horrible, dirty state. It is not acceptable and I am going to write a very long complaint letter to Booking.com. It is shameful to have such property in your portfolio.

I enjoy staying there
