lantai melekit.. lack of ventilation.. master room quite smelly when 1st time entering the room.. maybe the smell came from the toilet inside the room.. but got air refreshner.. then better

The house is spacious, clean and comfortable for family.

Room at kitchen didn't have curtains and see through from outside.

Walking distance to one of famous nasi kandar restaurant in Arau (hidden gems i can say). Laundry shop available beside the restaurant. Near to groceries shop / car wash / mosque / western food restaurant. Complete aircond unit at all rooms including living room. Very cosy. Even host provide frozen raw chicken / squid inside the fridge - as an option if we wish to cook our own meals. This frozen items is been sold at very reasonable price.

Host might need to reinstall curtain at the kitchen area. This is to ensure more privacy to the traveler.

The place is super comfort, best for family leisure.. Sure will repeat again to stay..

the free refreshment was so good. there were also books and games for us to spend little time before going into places in our plans. the AC were fully functional and we needed that because Perlis is a hot country. the owner also prepared utensils, herb and spice and also fresh food if you want to cook for the family (the price had been mention. well done!). there were also some personal appliance especially for women being prepared if there were emergency need for those item. and the house smell really good, starting from the entrance door until in the kitchen.

not much. just we need a heater in one of the two bathrooms for my little kids so they can have their bath properly in early mornings. not so important for travelers but might be needed when planning for early departure in the morning especially when you are food hunters
