The street in front was quite noisy. It is however a great loation!

La ubicación es espléndida, el departamento cuenta con lo necesario para hacer la estadía tranquila. El personal es amigable y se mantienen en constante comunicación. Se descansa muy bien en la cama.

Anteriormente me había quedado en otro departamento de un edificio contiguo y administrado por las mismas personas el cual me hizo animarme en tomar esta opción. Sin embargo, el lugar necesita urgentemente una renovación, muchas cosas ya presentan deterioro, espero tomen atención en ello. El cuarto no cuenta con clima y te facilitan unos ventiladores lo cual se agradece.

The space is well thought out. The location is great. The bed is so comfortable. We were also able to leave our luggage in the building next door on our check out day while we did some last minute sightseeing. That was very helpful. The convenience store across the street is perfect!

There’s no air conditioning. The fan in the room is a bit small, but we managed. Luckily it wasn’t too hot the days we were there. There is also evidence of mold in the bathroom ceiling.

I stayed there with a partner. What we loved most about the place was the location. It is close to everything on foot (as we love long walks) – the park Chapultepec, El Paseo de la Reforma and etc. The room and the bed were big and comfortable. Also there was a kitchen, however we didn't have a chance to use it. The host was nice, explained how to get inside and where to leave the keys. The house is nice and tidy, with good neighbors.

It would be nice to have a washing machine on the property. For me it would be more practical than having a kitchen during vacation. The floor wasn't clean, but it's fine. The bathroom was a bit old and it took a while to set up a right water temperature. The bed sheets were a bit old and were made of a strange material, in my opinion regular cotton sheets would serve better. The curtains let in light so it was a bit difficult to sleep.

The on site host made getting into the apartment easy.

This apartment was absolutely NOT the listed apartment as shown in the photos. It looked nothing like the kitchen, the indoor patio room, the living room, even the bedrooms. The size of the beds were much smaller than what was directly listed on the website. It was so uncomfortable for our group and we felt we had been absolutely lied to. We tried to ask the on site host, and he did not help at all. It was such a headache, it ruined our entire trip. We could not move due to the incredibly short notice. We did manage to leave early, but it was the worst experience.

The location is ideal, relative quiet street but close to lots of restaurants, shops, parks and museums. Host provided all the essentials, even 2 cold beers in the fridge.

A great deal of light comes in through the windows at night despite the shades. The room is chilly but a heater is provided which helps quite a bit.
