FRCette villa est incroyablement belle et reposante. La literie est top et nous avons apprécié la sécurité de l’établissement. La villa est proche du centre ville en voiture donc il était préférable de louer une voiture plutôt que de prendre le taxi . Mais si besoin il y a des taxis juste devant la villa . Le service de l’hôte (Ludwing )était génial il a su répondre à tout nos besoins avec une grande efficacité tout le long du séjour . Et les services proposés dans l’établissement sont très larges ( masseuse, chef cuisinier, …)
La pression de l’eau dans la douche est faible .

ITVilla molto bella ed elegante, dotata di tutto, il necessario; la zona esterna con la piscina e' molto piacevole.Siamo stati molto bene ed è stata la nota positiva del nostro soggiorno a Tulum, che in generale non ci ha entusiasmato.. C'è stato un problema di energia elettrica nel complesso delle ville, ma hanno rimediato con un generatore e questo ci ha permesso di soggiornare nella location che avevamo scelto.
La strada esterna per arrivare al complesso è sterrata ed accidentata, con grosse buche, ma sembra essere una cosa abbastanza normale qui a Tulum. Ci è stato proposto di spostarci in una villa simile ma in altra location per un problema di alimentazione elettrica alle ville. La location sostitutiva era molto più brutta e desolata di quella scelta e questo ci ha spinti ad andare a verificare sul posto della nostra location e constatare che il problema era stato risolto e la villa scelta era comunque utilizzabile. Questo ha rischiato di rovinarci il soggiorno. Fortunatamente abbiamo verificato sul posto.
