not enough service- we had to wash our own dishes, handle garbage, bring down linens - too much work for cost of room

위치가 너무 좋고요. 삿포로서 이만치 넓고 쾌적한 호텔 찾기 어렵습니다.

청소가 살짝 아쉬웠습니다.

Location was insane and literally 2mins walk from Tanukikoji. Even the hotel limousine bus was just a 2min walk away. Room was very clean and beds were the most comfortable in our entire Hokkaido trip of 5 different hotels. Also the biggest toilet.

The window was basically just facing the wall of another building 1m away. Also the whole hotel is very dark (apart from the lobby) and can be slightly claustrophobic.

A unique boutique hotel for our family of 5 - there was a turntable in the room which we played music with for the first time with records borrowed from the hotel reception. Location is unbeatable.

Clean and comfortable room and great amenities such as drinking water tap, microwave oven, and cutlery etc. Prime location near Market Street and family mart.

The stone floor in the bathroom was freezing cold in the cold weather.
