Il rumore notturno ma vista la vicinanza di tanti locali è inevitabile

Estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo y comodo y limpio. Tenían armado el sillón cama cuando llegamos.

El sábado había muchísima gente en los restaurantes y discotecas que terminaban borrachas gritando en las afueras del edificio. El depto está en un tercer piso y no tiene ascensor.

The property looked just like the pictures. It’s located right in the city center, clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

While it is true that the apartment shows some signs of usage, I believe this is completely normal, especially if it’s a flat for tourists to rent. Two things that should be looked upon: 1) the flat is located in the heart of the city and in a very busy location, therefore expect to hear some bass from the music played in the surrounding bars (some earplugs will solve this and you’ll sleep like a baby), and 2) the apartment smells a bit like sewage (old pipes in the city and the buildings might be the best explanation) but the management is already informed about this. If you don’t mind opening the windows for a bit to let some fresh air in, the smell is gone within minutes ;) No drama!

Super fast internet connection , location is excellent. Tourist attractions are within proximity. Unlimited hot water. Helpful staff almost immediately available when needed.

No lift. Can be problematic to those living 3 floor and up. Especially when lifting heavy luggages. Although staff offered help The flat was surprisingly smelly. Bed foam isn’t comfortable plus the noise from the high street is audible.
