GBLocation of the flat only a short walk from the town, shops, pier and sea front. Very quiet area with very little noise from nearby roads. Flat very clean and modern. Very well appointed although sofa bed very firm to sleep on. Bed, however very comfortable. Clean, fresh and modern. Very pleased with the flat and David's pre-arrival information was very useful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Apart from the hard sofa bed there was nothing to dislike.

GBLovely little flat that has been recently refurbished. Good location to the town centre, university and right next to the hospital. A good base for a short break. Lovely and clean, everything worked and it was very comfortable.
