GBBed was awefull soft and I thought there was sofa bed bed living area ?
GBVery clean and comfortable in a quiet district with no noise from adjoining properties. A short walk into town so we parked the car outside and it didn’t move for two days. A pleasure to stay in. David was a perfect host.

GBGBThe flat was spotless, really well presented and comfortable. The shower was amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked for everything you might need. Bed was really comfy, really loved the bedside lights and I'm off to buy some as soon as possible. I messaged to say we were a 3 and extra towels and bedding were left, more than needed and again, everything was spotless. We stopped for a university visit and booked to be central to the uni and the town, it's an easy 10 minute walk from both which meant that after a long drive we could leave the car for a couple of days.
We had a little trouble finding the flat, but that was all a us problem, the owners had left really clear instructions and photos to help - we were just useless and didn't read them at first. The sofa bed was a pull out but it was comfy enough, we checked another review and brought a spare duvet to act as a mattress topper but really didn't need it. Really, there's not a negative at all, I just popped this here so it's highlighted for someone else.
GBEverything was newly refurbished. The shower was particularly good. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable.

Could be improved with bedside tables as I had to put glass of water and kindle on the floor. Also would like a blind in bathroom. I felt the frosted glass didn't provide quite enough privacy.
