Area pretty run down, so worried about safety of family and car. Accommodation ok, basic, clean but in need of some tlc.

"Fantastic large house with all necessities, near the tram stop, perfect for exploring the city."

I was surprised how near it is to the tram stop. It was perfect to commute to the city center within 15 min. It is also quiet around and we had a lovely time. The house is large and with 3 bathrooms, large kitchen and living room. I would happily recommend it for your city holiday.

Nice big 3 bedroom house. Great that it was near CO-OP live and Ethihad stadium, about 10 minute walk. Own drive for parking. Nice quiet area

There were only small mirrors on stands in the bedroom and one in bathroom. No mirror in the en-suite bathroom could have done with larger Mirrors in the bedrooms

"Comfortable, airy house with short walk to Co-op Live"

Very spacious and comfortable house with it's own parking. We stayed for a concert in Co-op Live which was just a 10 minute walk away. It is also very close to the canal for a lovely walk into town, which takes about 30 minutes. Michael, the host, was also very helpful and polite the whole time.
