Bungalow Blue Dream 4 -Sea views, terrace and pool

They sent me instructions about how and where to take the keys. But the address on this instruction was wrong. We found the place with Google Maps, which link they added too. But it took a long time for us, especially in the middnight 01:00 ocklock. Then we came to the address of the apartments, but the key did ot open door number 6. I rang them, but no one answered. We just tried to open another door, and we did it. We spent two hours just for check-in. They called me tomorrow at 12:00. I told them all about this problem. But during the period which we stayed there, no one came and fixed this door.

La urbanización es agradable, con un buen jardín y una piscina que está muy bien. El apartamento por dentro es aceptable para una estancia corta, y el aire acondicionado funciona correctamente; además, hay ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones, lo que ayuda a mantener una buena temperatura.

La limpieza es claramente mejorable: había huellas de manos en puertas y marcos, el baño olía mal y la ducha tenía moho en la silicona. El sofá era incómodo, estaba sucio y roto, aunque lo intentan disimular con una funda. Las zonas exteriores del apartamento, especialmente la terraza, se ven descuidadas, con suciedad, pintura deteriorada y mobiliario viejo que necesitaría una buena mano de pintura y barniz. También había muchos insectos en la terraza y hormigas en la encimera de la cocina en cuanto quedaba alguna miga, lo que empeora la sensación de falta de limpieza.

The property is set in a beautiful complex with a pool and a mature central garden.

The property would benefit from a more comfortable settee.

It was quiet with a nice garden and lovely walk to the beach through the pines. The beds were clean.

Everything was dirty, all the plates, the cutlery, glasses, the floor, the oven…the sofa and the chairs were disgusting, we covered with paper towels before sit on. The apartment hasn’t been clean for long time. Lack of maintenance. There were only two cups. The hot water was only enough for one person for a very quick shower. The owner should check it!

Spacious, functional, clean, and fresh. The two balconies were a big plus. The pool was fantastic—really large, with the water at the perfect temperature. Our kids, aged 4 and 5, have just learned to swim, so we especially appreciated that the pool was partly shallow enough for them.

The apartment offered two rooms and a sofa bed, which was very convenient, but unfortunately the mattresses were quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. In the room with the bunk bed, the fan felt a bit unsafe as it was positioned almost directly above the bed. On the positive side, the air conditioning in every room worked perfectly and was much appreciated.
