Stunning 2 Bed Apartment Sea Views and Parking

The apartment is lovely and light with a fantastic kitchen/dining/living-room with a sea view. Fantastic location and the apartment was very clean.

We came down for an August weekend and the listing said beach towels were provided. We arrived to find no beach towels and had a restless first night in a very musty smelling bed -  neither the linen nor bedding smelled fresh. When we contacted the owner on Saturday morning to raise these problems he was unbelievably rude - said he had no other beach towels, that it wasn’t his fault if other guests had taken them, that he had no other linen available and didn’t have anyone in Worthing ‘at our disposal’ to sort out problems. He was extremely unpleasant, not at all apologetic and totally unhelpful. In the end some beach towels were dropped off but the whole thing totally ruined the beginning of our stay and will be what stays with us. Recommend you look for somewhere with an owner with a more polite and helpful attitude.

The property was exactly as it looked in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and the flat was clean. It was in an excellent location and suited our elderly mum very well as it was all on one level.

We had a problem with the drain in the en suite shower. Urban Roost responded quickly when I told them and gave us extra towels to mop up the water. It did, however, make the en suite floor slippery and difficult for my mum to use.

Bedrooms, decor, and overall effort and vibe was very nice x

Location was good for us working in worthing for a few days,apartment was fantastic, very clean and comfortable.

Just one small point ,the en suite shower ,water doesn't drain quickly, so fills the shower tray quite fast ,just a small point ,we had the other bathroom any way.

Property temp was set too low and heating system turned off When we complained we we told that the property was warm enough and heating took 7 hours to warm up. We were visited by a 'rep' who said he would send his electrician to fix the system. This never happened and we found out the system had been turned off. So effectively we were mislead and lied to. Extremely frustrating as the company's attitude was appalling. No offer of compensation forthcoming. Terrible man management. Would not recommend

One of the best apartments we've hired. Very stylish, IMMACULATELY clean, lots of crockery and cutlery - they'd even bought a teapot when I asked beforehand if there was one and there wasn't. Warm and cozy. Right on the seafront. Short walk into town. Really informative welcome guide. Great street just behind with loads of restaurants / bars / cafes - but not close enough to disturb you. Try the Whiskey Bar for cocktails, Signal Post for drinks and snacks, and Bengal Berties for great Indian that offers a 25% discount Wed & Thu AND is BYO. There is also a sweet little cafe called Sands a few seconds away.

The bedroom without the ensuite had a light shining outside at night - which could not be turned off. It was like someone was shining a torch onto your bed all night. Quite annoying - we ended up buying eye masks. A better blind or blackout curtains would make a huge difference.
