The apartment was stylish and comfortable. Great facilities except no ironing board but an iron!

We spent 30 mins looking for the property. The entrance is down a dark alley with smelly rubbish from the adjoining restaurant all down one side. Part of the turning from the alley to the main door and lock box was not lit so you could miss it. The apartment was up 3 steep flights of stairs - very difficult if you have luggage or are elderly. None of the above was mentioned by the owners/management company

While the alley you have to pass through isn't ideal, the unit is amazingly centrally located; you step basically directly into the central square of Brasov, which is full of shops, restaurants and 5 minute walk from at least two grocery stores (note that they are more like corner stores rather than "full" grocery stores although they do sell produce). The unit is very clean and you can look out of the bedroom window and see the Brasov sign along with the cable car! Naturally this also means a great view of the mountain. Tons of outlets, including in the bathroom! I carry Google homes, color changing lights and a gaming system, and there were more than enough ports to plug everything in. The internet was also super fast; more than speedy enough for competitive gaming and streaming. The air conditioners in the unit work really well in the living room Really cool full wall map.

The main downside, ironically, was the location. While it was amazingly centrally located, you have to venture through what essentially feels like a service alley in order to reach the unit. The alley itself has trash cans along the wall, which seem to be used by many of the local restaurants. As a result, you generally smell a deep funk and have to swat flies whenever you come and go. While Romania seems to be quite safe in general, the dark alley walk at night doesn't tend to inspire confidence. Furthermore, employees tend to take their breaks in the alley so during restaurant hours there's usually 1-3 guys smoking right outside in the alley. To a man that might not seem very worrying but I could imagine it making a single woman more nervous. The floor to the unit was almost entirely a construction site; we were quite taken aback as there is rubble, guys hanging out/working outside the unit early in the morning. You open the door to the floor and are immediately hit with light dust, bricks lying about and unfinished walls. Not a deal breaker but something people may want to be aware of. No air conditioner in the bedroom There are also no blinds or curtains on the living room windows, so neighbors can see directly into the unit whenever you are sitting in the living room or cooking in the kitchen. Since you're so close to the square, there can be street noise from maybe 10am to 11pm or so. We never found it overbearing but individuals with sensitive ears may disagree.

Very well situated in the heart of the old town in Braşov. The property has everything needed.

Bathroom a bit humid with little ventilation. Bed/mattress is a little bit soft.

One of the best places I've ever booked. Modern design, every amenity (even a washing machine for clothes), easy check-in. Everything is new.

Everything was great.

Location was right in the centre of the square close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was very warm with underfloor heating and most things you could need for a few nights stay. The Nespresso machine and pods particularly appreciated. Plenty of wardrobe space and a big fridge freezer for your shopping. The washing machine was very useful after getting our clothes muddy after walking (and sliding) down the mountain after going up on the cable car. Not recommended in the winter! If we return to Brasov it will definitely be our first choice.

The patio door was very difficult to close and we had to contact the management to come and close it which they did. First impressions are not good as you have to walk down an alley between a shop and restaurant full of smelly rubbish bins which is not the fault of the management but is not ideal. The only other slight negative was the pillows which didn't offer much head support.

Location, right in the center easy access to restaurants, supermarket and all the attractions. Even though in the center, it is a peaceful. The apartment is clean and very well stocked with the essentials. The fluffy robes were a lovely surprise.

Not the host fault but the path to the apartment is not great.

I would start by saying: location, location, location. The cosy apartment is situated right in the heart of the city, within walking distance from any landmark, coffee shop or restaurant worth visiting. Extremely clean, and very tastefully and efficiently decorated, with everything you need at arm’s length: a sturdy desk (complemented by very reliable Wi-Fi), perfect for working remotely (which I did), a very well equipped kitchen, if you feel like cooking (which we didn’t, as we loved the city’s offering) and a small terrace, for smokers. On top of all that, we highly enjoyed our night sleep, thanks to the perfect pillows (we bought a similar pair, once we returned home!), the high quality matress and, not in the least, the soundproofing, that kept the city noise away. Overall, a place that we are already looking forward to returning to, and would highly recommend for a stay in Brasov.

you walk out the front door and you are in the heart of Brasov. 2 minutes to black church. Great little pad for a couple.

I liked it all. If you have lots of luggage (I didn't) you need to know there is no elevator but that didn't bother me. Parking can be a challenge. there is paid parking close by but you might have to loop the block a couple times if it's in the middle of the day and busy.
