GBGBGBGBFantastic accommodation within walking distance of Tobermory. Very clean and has everything that is needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to visit the Isle of Mull, as it provides a good base for travelling around.
GBStayed 5 nights towards the end of September. Very convenient for Tobermory-5 to 10 mins walk away. Had everything we needed comfort-wise. Despite the unusually severe Storm Amy cutting off the electricity for 36 hours-so shops/pubs closed, phones stopped working and heating went off - we had a great time. Locals said it was the worst storm they could remember. We liked Tobermory a lot. Spent over an hour in the little museum there which was fascinating. Would have done the short walk to the lighthouse but the storm stopped us. The buses were very convenient. Normally, we do a lot of walking , but the storm stopped us doing this this time. The owner, Elaine took us for a coffee and cake on the second day of the storm at the cheese farm shop which was very nice of her and much appreciated. She also brought us 2 charged-up lights as the lights went out when the power on the island failed because of the storm.

Just a minor thing, the toilet seat doesn't quite fit and moved around. Also I'd recommend one a little bit bigger pot to boil pasta. But this is so little. It would just make the place perfect.

GBThe hidden hut is very cosy and a steep but otherwise short and easy walk from Tobermory harbour. It was a great base for exploring this part of Mull.
