Apartamento nuevo, con todo lo que se necesita, muchos detalles y cómodo. Tiene 2 cuartos de baño que hacen su labor. La urbanización está genial con sus zonas ajardinadas, zona infantil y piscinas. Dispone de plaza de garaje bastante cómoda. Está muy cerquita de Motril y Salobreña.

Por poner una pega, recibir una llamada por las quejas de un vecino cuando nos disponíamos a salir a las 22.15. Supuestamente estábamos haciendo jaleo y molestábamos…somos un matrimonio con 1 niña tranquila y un bebe que apenas subimos de la piscina a ducharnos para salir a cenar…Un bebé con la cantidad de ruido que se oía por el edificio y la calle, incluso ya bien tarde de madrugada de juventud disfrutando. Ventanitas cerradas y adiós ruido. Creo que pagamos los platos rotos de posibles vecinos molestosos anteriores…
