Easy check in process

Inside the room are not properly cleaned it was full of dusty , washrooms WC are leaked and not stable i had to ask for hot water they are turn off from main switch in front desk area , Tv channel are not functioning i have to ask for water bottle they didn’t given a single bottle this was pathetic service overall not satisfied with this stay.! I hope could be better for upcoming guest.!

there was nothing to like in there, whenever we has to ask anything at the reception to the staff always we got 01 answer no available and if they has give than we had listen to they are stupid talks which was not good at the time there was no towels , glass kettle nothing was provided to us and it was like the room was not cleaned at all we found the bedsheets were dirty it was changed same bedsheet was there on the bed which was used by other guest we used our own bedsheets coz we don't wanted to ask the staff as they has to make faces to us. secondly the flash was not working in the toilet we used bucket. i dont any more comments to give. allover it was a very bad experience.

at least before they assigned a room to the guest the staff should check the rooms, we found lo of cockroaches in the room on the bed in the bathroom, and also spider everywhere in the bathroom. the service was not so good.

This is the worst hotel I have seen . No cleaning was done for 2 days.Staffs are very rude & rough.Ac not working. Hot water - only on repeated demand. No provision for tea etc. Location is difficult to find as there is no glow sign. Worst experience as senior citizen & doctor. Dr Pradip Kumar Mitra
