"Piacevole soggiorno a Las Palmas"

Siamo stati accolti da personale gentile e molto disponibile. Abbiamo trovato capsule per caffè e cioccolatini. Ci hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema del parcheggio, veramente gentilissimi. La posizione dell'appartamento è fantastica, centrale e vicina alla spiaggia e alla passeggiata. La casa è ampia e ci sono diversi utensili.

La presentazione delle camere va molto migliorata: le lenzuola erano stropicciate e davano l'aspetto di essere usate. I copriletti erano macchiati e questo non mi è piaciuto, perchè i letti davano sensazione di sporco. Il resto della casa (cucina, bagni) erano abbastanza puliti, anche se il livello generale di pulizia va migliorato.

"Very clean"

It was very clean. Near the beach and shops. Well equipped. Friendly man greeted us on arrival. .

Unfortunately, I saw the mattress on the last day when looking for an earring 😕.. I'm 5 ft, so I couldn't reach most of the items in the kitchen cupboards .Very high! The road noise and neighbours were very loud which meant disrupted sleep. However the location was near the shops, cafes etc so probably can't have one without the other!

Very close to the beach and lots of bars/restaurants. Clean and comfortable beds

The shower door seal was broken and the door didn't close properly. I did inform the host of this but nothing was done. To be fair, I did say that it wasn't really a problem for us, it's just that water seeped out of the shower and onto the floor. As there were 3 of us, by the time we had all showered the floor was pretty wet.

Location excellent

No black out blinds in the bedrooms. Parking is a nightmare, but in the city so paying €16 for 24 hour parking.

The location was ideal being near the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The attentiveness of the staff was excellent; any request was immediately dealt with.
