Cercanía al mar, aire acondicionado en cada estancia, todo nuevo prácticamente

No tiene aparcamiento y es un suplicio aparcar el Almería….

Estaba muy completo de todo , para ir con familia esta perfecto

La propreté et l'emplacement.

The host is very responsive and we had no difficulty in communicating and arranging to meet at the property. During our stay we only needed to make contact once or twice and again Alejandro responded in timely fashion. The apartment is large and comfortable, very clean and well equipped, and very quiet even over Christmas and New Year! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and finding the very good tapas bars in the area.

All rentals have some small issues, mainly in the self-catering arena! Very decent non-stick pans but only metal spoons and spatulas. The pans will soon get ruined.....but we bought a plastic spatula and hope other renters will use it! Also had to buy an extra T-cloth, and a few extra pegs for hanging out washing would be appreciated. But overall this is an excellent rental.

Infront of the beach. A Dia just in front of the building on the beach side where we could buy groceries. A gym 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment inside was perfect. The rooms were clean, and everything was brand new and had all the supplies for cooking. 10 minutes driving from the Alcazaba castle.

Parking was an issue at the building, my husband spent 2 hours driving up and down the streets to find parking on Sunday afternoon after our castle visit.

There are few apartments to the sea and this one is. Large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Pictures very accurate. About 200 m from sea, restaurants and supermarket. Walking distance to train station. Aircon was excellent. Highly recommended
