INAt the time of checking at midnight 1am, Hotel staff told that room is not available and we have to shift to another hotel. I have already paid the advance money.
INCompletely unprofessional attitude towards almost every possible aspects be it service, food quality, room amenities, or about the claim of the proximity of the location to the Chandigarh Airport. False promises like balcony with the designated rooms or pathetic lapse in attempt to not delivering the food after confirming it in person, it was a total failure!

INThis was a great place to spend 1 night in Chandigarh, exceptional value for money. HIGHLY recommend. I did not expect dinner to be included too. Both dinner and breakfast were fantastic. The bedroom was clean and modern.
