Cascades 608 Studio in Green Point

I liked almost everything.

On the third day of my stay, the Wi-Fi hotspot just disappeared. The host ignored my message regarding the problem. Probably rebooting a router (if I know where it is located) could solve the problem, but I didn't get any reply from the host.

Great communication and direction from staff. Comfortable big bed. Modern and spacious room/ living area. Good location and felt safe.

Small bathroom/ shower.

It was in convenient location. Within walking distance of all amenities and you can literally walk to the mall. Groceries shops, gym and restaurants

It is not clean, I feel cheated. Everything that I expected from A decent three star establishment was not there. The bed is old, pillow are finished, the couch is dirty, uncomfortable and filthy. The place hasn’t been maintained in years, and the pictures posted on the website are not a true reflection The stove, fridge and Tv are the only thing that seem to be in good condition. The microwave it takes eternity to warm a glass of milk The bathroom needs a good scrub and paint The closet doors make a squeaky noise when you open them. The bed springs are finished, when you seat on the bed you hear the sound of springs The balcony hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The door look’s horrendous, it has seem better days. The oven is full of grime. The property needs a lot of work.

The location of the property was just perfect. I enjoyed the most beautiful sunsrise every morning from the unit. And the place had everything i needed

The location was fine - in close proximity to restaurants and supermarkets which made it easy to walk to them. Safe parking lot.

It was very hard to control the hot water in the shower. There should be instructions or another way to make it easy to control. By the time one has figured it out, much clean water had already been wasted down the drain.

Pricing is affordable

Doors are noisy and the system they use to leave keys when you leave is not favorable
