"Perfecte ligging"

Mooi appartement, midden in centrum en alles op loopafstand. Uitgebreide keuken en mooie badkamers

Helaas weet je als je midden in het centrum zit dat er wat overlast kan zijn , in het weekend was het erg luidruchtig op de straat beneden bij de daargelegen nachtclub. Tot 5 uur smorgens. Luid gepraat en vooral veel herrie makende scootertjes en autos. Dit was gelukkig maar 1 a 2 dagen in de week en de slaapkamer was aan de achterzijde.

"Wederom top bij Luxarental"

Het appartement was top op een geweldige locatie super dicht tegen het oude centrum aan en op een steenworp afstand van het strand en de boulevard. Restaurantjes in overvloed allemaal op geringe loopafstand. Super internet met een goede en snelle Wifi. Zeker een aanrader als je ook nog wat zou moeten werken zoals in ons geval. TV met een google chromecast dus streamen is geen probleem.

Helaas waren er ook een paar kleine aandachtspuntjes. Zo konden de ramen van het appartement en het balkon wel een grondige reiniging gebruiken. Ook ontbrakt er een behoorlijk droogrek om je handdoeken en gewassen was te kunnen drogen. Tevens was de grote afwezige de strijkplank.ook wel handig na het draaien van de was. Een strijkijzer was daarintegen wel aanwezig. Ook de EHBO-kit ontbrak. Dit netjes gemeld bij de verhuurder die liet weten dit te gaan oplossen.

Kaffekoker virket ikke på kokeplaten.Masse hakk i kjørler.Flekker på sofa.Ellers veldig bra.👍🏼

"Hyvä huoneisto loistopaikalla"

Huoneisto on hyvällä paikalla, kaikki lähellä. Huoneisto on pohjaltaan toimiva ja kaksi kylppäriä suihkuineen hyvä.

Huoneistossa alkaa olla käytöstä tullutta kuluneisuutta maalipinnoissa mm. Lisäksi astioiden päivitys olisi hyvä tehdä. Turhan paljon kolhiintuneita lautasia ja pilalla olevia pannuja/kattiloita. Kylpypyyhkeiden laatu vaihtelevaa.

Kulumisen jälkiä näkyvissä, keittiövälineet (paistinpannut, astiat puutteellisia), siivouksen tasossa parantamista
