The easy access to the beaches along Marine Drive by foot..... Shopping centre's and the security.

The owner/host can do better on aesthetical setup of the apartment.... Apart from that we had a great time being an open minded and easy going fam we were able to create our own comfort. I would suggest pedestal fans for the two bedrooms and sitting room.. As the ceiling fans did no justice to the humid/ hot days.. We had to sleep with the front door open to allow some cool air to pass through the unit.

The amazing sea view along with the sounds of waves next to you at night. The property is in a great location in a secure complex. Margate and Ramsgate main beach are just a few kilos away. The property has its own beach right across the road. It is great value for money, will definitely recommend. The host as well as the staff are very helpful. There is a pool and tennis court in the complex as well as a braai area (communal and a braai on the stoep) The apartment was clean and spacious.

The ceiling fans not working adequately and no WiFi . The permanent residents that do not adhere to parking rules.

There is no warm water in the kitchen. Flat was dirty. The tumble dryer and washing machine are not working. The bathroom door is broken. My children got sick and ended up in the hospital. had to leave the day after arrival. Will the owner compensate for our medical costs. Communication in this regard will be appreciated.
