PHI like the ambiance, its clean, bright, and what I like the most is the kitchen, I can cook, they have complete utensils for cooking and dining as well. It's in the city proper so the location is accessable to all necessities. There's a private pool for the family to use for free. There's a mini grocery store inside the condo, laundry, and can deliver water.

-Slow to No mobile network signal -NO complimentary drinking water, and toiletries (even tissue). -Dirty refrigerator - Very strict ang guards sa gate, unlike other condos in Davao na magpresent lang ng valid ID ang visitors okay na. (not recommended for makeup sessions/ family gatherings/ etc that involves additional visitors kahit daytime) -malayo sa mga tindahan (convenience stores etc)
