There was an isolated incident where another guest repeatedly tried to enter my room due to a room assignment mix-up. I understand that mistakes can happen, and the incident itself was ultimately resolved without consequences. However, I was disappointed by the property's response when I reported it. Rather than acknowledging the issue and the discomfort it caused, the situation seemed to be dismissed simply because it was another guest. What concerned me was not the mistake itself, but the lack of ownership and professionalism in the way it was handled.
